The Prince Edward Riding Star 4-H Horse and Pony Club celebrated their 23rd year going to the Virginia 4-H State Championship Horse Show at the Lexington Horse Center. The club went on to garner a total of 22 ribbons, including a Championship ribbon and trophy won by Courtney Bailey, Reserve Championship ribbon won by Caroline Cumbea and first place ribbon won by Caroline Rice. The seven members who participated were Bailey Carkenord, Caroline Rice, Caroline Cumbea, Leighann Sims, Gwen Werth, Sarah Bryant and Courtney Bailey. The Riding Star 4-H Club is under the leadership of Cathy Duker. Also pictured is Hayley West, Rachael Watts and Mahtaya Davis.
