The Buckingham Chamber of Commerce was excited to hear about a program in Buckingham County from LaRue Sprouse Dowd and Dutch Henry, of Heartland Horse Heroes. Located at Sprouses Corner Ranch, HHH works with children and adults with social, mental and physical disabilities as well as children at risk. LaRue related heart-warming stories of children gaining confidence through this program.
