Danny Jones and Mitzi Chandler, of Pamplin, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Marie Jones, to Robert Allen Mann. Robert is the son of Thomas and Tina Baldwin, of Pamplin, and James and Tutt Mann, of Appomattox.

Chelsea is the granddaughter of Jane Chandler and Jim Eanes, of Burkeville, and Patsy Jones and the late Dewey Jones, of Pamplin. Robert is the grandson of Elizabeth Baldwin and the late Bill Baldwin, of Pamplin, Jackie Mann and the late Nita Mann, of Appomattox, and the late Robert and Sadie Hamlett, of Appomattox.

Chelsea is a 2010 graduate of Appomattox County High School and a 2013 graduate of Southside Virginia Community College. She is employed by Appomattox Medical Center.

Robert is a 2009 graduate of Appomattox County High School and is employed by Kyanite Mining Corporation.

A September 27 wedding is planned.
