At Southside Virginia Community students can take credits that will transfer to many four year schools. As a reminder to area high school and middle school students, SVCC has purchased t-shirts and rally towels to be given away at basketball games this year. The items feature the school name and mascot as well as information about this community college. The items were purchased for many schools (not all shown in the photo). Those who received personalized items included: Amelia County High School, Amelia Middle, Brunswick Academy, Brunswick High, Buckingham High, Buckingham Middle, Randolph Henry High, Central Middle, Cumberland High School, Cumberland Middle, Fuqua School, Kenston Forest, Central of Lunenburg High, Lunenburg Middle, Nottoway High, Nottoway Middle, Prince Edward High and Prince Edward Middle
