Katherine Erin Brush, of Richmond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Beeler Brush, of Hampden-Sydney, and James Samuel Corey, also of Richmond, son of John Mason Corey, of Richmond and Mrs. Catherine Lewis Halsey, also of Richmond, announce their engagement.

Ms. Brush is a 2009 graduate of the University of the South with a major in English. She is employed by Royall and Company as an account coordinator.

Mr. Corey is a 2008 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a major in Economics. He is employed as an asset manager by CSC Leasing Company.

A June 7 wedding is planned.
