The Museum of the Confederacy-Appomattox, located at 159 Horseshoe Road, Appomattox, will host a “Victorian Christmas Ornament Workshop and Pictures with Santa” event Saturday, Dec. 8, 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Get into the holiday spirit by bringing the entire family and joining the staff of the Museum in making Victorian Christmas ornaments and decorations. Crafts will be easy and fun for both adults and children. Santa will be present 1 – 4 p.m. for photo opportunities and to hear your Christmas wishes.

The Haversack, the gift shop/bookstore, will be open.
