Twin Lakes State Park announces the following free winter programs:

Dec. 22, 2 p.m., “Deck the Halls with TLSP” – holiday crafting and making ornaments to take home; meet at the Concession Stand;

Jan. 1 – noon to 6 p.m. “Self Guided First Day Hike” a self guided hike around one of the many trails at Twin Lakes State Park; stop at the Main Office and choose one of the self-guided hike brochures;

Jan. 26 – 2 p.m., “It's a Christmas Tree Sinking Party” – Twin Lakes' annual Christmas tree sinking, during the month of January. Twin Lakes collects Christmas trees to provide shelter and habitat for local fish species through the remainder of the year; call to sign-up.
