Jason and Jessica Tibbs would like to announce the birth of their daughter, Reagan Catherine Tibbs, August 21 at Central Southside Community Hospital. Reagan weighed seven pounds, seven ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Reagan is the sister of Kayla Scott Tibbs and Ava Brinkley Tibbs, the maternal granddaugh-ter of Tommy and Debbie Sayer of Farmville, and the paternal granddaughter of Scott Tibbs and Connie Paulette, of Powhatan.
