William R. and Lucy H. Evans celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 29 with family and friends at the historic train station in Farmville. They were married April 28, 1962, in Dillon, SC, and are lifelong residents of Charlotte Court House. The reception was given by their daughters and sons-in-law, John and Catherine Trammell, of Farmville, and Jeff and Caroline Watts, of Charlotte Court House.
