Vows Exchanged

The marriage of Miss Breanne Elizabeth Bryant to Mr. Tyler Morgan Allen took place on May 19 at Belmont Farm in Dillwyn.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry W. Bryant III, of Farmville, She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Pankey III, of New Canton, and Mr. and Mrs. Harry W. Bryant Jr., of Buckingham. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rickie D. Allen, of Dillwyn. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bill L. Moss, of Dillwyn, and Mrs. Doris T. Allen, also of Dillwyn, and the late James C. Allen.
The Reverend James Dunn officiated.
The bride, escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, wore a diamond white pick-up gown with a sweetheart neckline and corset closure. Valencia organza created a soft shimmery silhouette. Asymmetrical ruching transformed into bustles that cascaded down the skirt accented with handmade flowers throughout.
Miss Caroline L. Bryant, sister of the bride, of Farmville, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Allison Raye Newman, Mrs. Kayli T. Wilson, cousin of the bride, Miss Anne Tyler Anderson, all of Farmville, and Mrs. Tara A. Carter, sister of the groom, of Buckingham. Miss Lilly Grace Carter, niece of the groom served as flower girl.
Mr. Allen served as his son's best man. Groomsmen were Landon J. Allen, brother of the groom, of Dillwyn; Rex Carter, brother-in-law of the groom; Colton G. Carter, nephew of the groom, both of Buckingham; Justin B. Hebert, of Richmond. Zachary R. Edmondston, cousin of the bride, of Buckingham, served as ring bearer.
Davis R. Cyrus and William Tanner Cyrus, of Farmville, provided readings and served as ushers. Miss Alaina Farrish, of Maryland, and Miss Jenna Lawhorn, of Richmond, were guest book attendants. Miss Anna G. Cyrus, of Farmville, was program attendant.
A duet, “Marry Me,” was performed by Miss Amaris Wilbanks and Shiloh Wilbanks, both of Buckingham.
Mistresses of ceremonies were Mrs. Judy L. Ellington and Mrs. Karen E. Newman, both of Farmville.
A rehearsal dinner hosted by the parents of the groom was held at Belmont Farm, Dillwyn.
A reception with dinner and dancing, hosted by the parents of the bride and groom, was also held at Belmont Farm.
Following a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Dillwyn.
The bride is a graduate of Fuqua School. She graduated from Longwood University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She is employed at Fluvanna County Public Schools as a fifth grade Language Arts teacher.
The groom is a graduate of Fuqua School. He attended Ferrum College and is currently employed as a foreman for RMA Enterprises.
