Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dennis Watkins of Prospect, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Thea Nenee' Watkins, to Lloyd Ray Williams III, of Portsmouth, son of Lloyd Ray Williams Jr. and Shelia Williams.

Miss Watkins graduated from Prince Edward County High School in 1999 and is a 2003 graduate of Hampton University.

The wedding will be held in Virginia Beach on November 25 at sunset.
