November is National Hospice Month and Centra Hospice Farmville is having a quilt raffle to raise awareness about the work they do serving patients in Appomattox, Buckingham, Charlotte Courthouse, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway and Prince Edward counties. The three quilts will be on display in the main lobby of CSCH Nov. 7-18. Tickets are $1 and can be purchased from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets will also be sold Nov. 11-13 at the Steps Inc. Holiday Extravaganza. . .Shopping with a Cause. The drawing will be Nov. 18 at noon in the main lobby of CSCH. Proceeds will benefit the patients of Centra Hospice Farmville.
