Mr. and Mrs. Joel Watson, of Cumberland, would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stella Dora, to Rick Matthew Chambliss, son of Perry and Judy Chambliss, of Cumberland.

Stella’s paternal grandparents are the late Ray and Stella Watson. Her maternal grandparents are the late George and Rachel Hess.

Rick’s paternal grandparents are Mason and Elsie Chambliss, of Victoria. His maternal grandparents are David and Doris Speas, of Cumberland, and Julian and Irene Wyatt, of Cumberland.  

A mid-October wedding is planned.
