Club to present Bluegrass/Gospel

Cumberland Community Church, located 1542 Anderson Highway across from Cumberland County Library, cordially invites you to attend Sunday morning worship service each and every Sunday morning from 10-11 a.m.

The regular monthly meeting of the Cumberland County Board of Supervisors is held each second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Circuit Court Room unless otherwise announced.

A speedy recovery is sent out this week to all those sick and shut in.

Cumberland Community Cares a non-profit organization now partnering with “The Delma Branch Pantry”, will be distributing food to all Cumberland County residents whose income qualifies based on stated income and photo ID to receive free food on the first or the fourth Saturday of each month between the hours of 8:30 -10 a.m. The next distribution will be Saturday. You may only receive food one time during the month. You must present your FeedMore card each time you receive food.

A very special hello is sent out this week to our dear friend in Christ Larry Barone of Farmville.

Happy belated birthday wishes are sent out this week to the following people. Ashley Baird of Dillwyn on Thursday Feb. 15 and Wayne Davenport of Dillwyn on Monday Feb. 19.
