MEHERRIN, May 6 -Genevieve A. Trunko, 75, formerly of Meherrin, died Sunday, May 2, 2004 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC.

Mrs. Trunko retired from Longwood College.

She is survived by her husband, Edward A. Trunko, Sr. of Meherrin; two daughters, Deborah Scott of Monroe Top, NJ and Pamela Trunko of Charlotte, NC; three sons, Joseph Trunko of Riverside, CA, Edward A. Trunko, Jr. of Meherrin and John Trunko of Riverside, CA and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 8 at 9:30 a.m. at Kurzawa Funeral Home, South Amboy, NJ. A local memorial service will be announced at a later date.
