DILLWYN, Feb. 2 – Our beautiful mother, Rosa Poe Jamerson, 94, of Dillwyn, went to be with her Lord on Friday, January 29, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Jamerson, and two sons, Glenn Jamerson Jr. and William Donald Jamerson.

She is survived by two daughters, Pansy Proffitt and husband, Bob and Vivian Butler and husband, Bill; 14 grand-children, 25 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was a charter member of Gold Mine P.H. Church.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home, with interment in Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice.

Family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
