PROSPECT, Feb. 16 – Linda A. Osterman, 88, of Prospect, passed away Friday, February 12, 2010 at the home of her daughter. Born September 24, 1921 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Day Richardson. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James R. Osterman.

Mrs. Osterman was a former buyer for PEPCO.

She is survived by a daughter, Patricia “Paddy” Norvello and husband, Ernest of Prospect.

A private funeral service will be held at a later date.
