Mrs. Susie E. Langhorne, 93 of Cumberland departed this life on Friday, October 26, 2018 in Cumberland, VA. She is survived by five sons, Richard Walter, Lester, George (Mary), Wayne and

Charles Langhorne; a daughter, Maple Pervall; sixteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; a sister, Nora Emma Ricks; three goddaughters, Phyllis Anderson, Lelia Lilly and “Dossie” Davis; a godson, James Johnson, Jr.; special nieces, one devoted, Cleo Carter; special nephews, cousins, and friends.

Her remains rest at Marian Gray Thomas Funeral Home of Cumberland. Public viewing will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at Rocky Mount Baptist Church Cumberland. Reverend Larry E. Smith pastor officiating.
