On Oct. 20, 19 Girl Scouts from troops in Farmville, Cumberland, Amelia and Chester met to earn their Space Science Badge by learning about the moon, stars, planets and the solar system. The girls participated in fun, hands-on activities that made learning science a blast. The activities were led by two older Girl Scouts.
