ARVONIA, February 20 — Margaret Elizabeth Cook, affectionately known to her family and friends as Beth, 48, of Arvonia, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, February 19, 2014.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Whitlock and stepfather, Ken of Gordonsville; her husband, Wesley Worley of Arvonia; a son, Scott Edward Moore of New Canton; grandchildren, Scott Edward Moore II and Alissa Moore, both of New Canton; four sisters, Lynne Gelfand of Wheatland, WY, Lisa Clear and her husband, Ed of Pleasant Shade, TN, Laura Lauck and her husband, Wayde of Wheatland, WY, and Kathryn Summers and her husband, Matthew of Harbor Springs, MI: stepmother, Brenda Cook of Arvonia and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Cook, a son, Victor James Somers Jr. and a sister, Rebecca Anne Cook.

A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, February 22 at 2 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church Cemetery, Bremo Bluff. The Reverend Tom Hendrickson will officiate.
