Mrs. Janie V. Claiborne, 83 of Hagerstown MD, passed away Oct. 25, 2017. Funeral services will be held Saturday Nov. 4, 2 p.m. at St. Joy Baptist Church, Buckingham, with interment in the church cemetery. Carl U. Eggleston Funeral Home served the family.
