DILLWYN, July 13 – Raymond L. Scott, 43, of Dillwyn, died Friday, July 9, 2004.

He is survived by his mother, Peggy; sisters, Janet and Melinda; brother, Gregory; devoted aunts, Emma Shumaker, Daisy Robinson, Pauline Rhymer, Doris Rush and Georgie Browning; uncles, Bruce Shumaker, Jessie Shumaker and Raymond (Dyches) Shumaker. He was preceded in death by his father. Henry Scott and his brother, Dallas.

Graveside services were held 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) in the Dillwyn Town Cemetery.
