Mrs. Rebecca W. Van Ness, 97 of Richmond, Va., passed away Oct. 7, 2017. Services will be held Saturday, Oct. 21, 11 a.m. at Sharon Baptist Church, Cumberland, Va. with interment in the church cemetery. Carl U. Eggleston Funeral Establishment served the family.
