Raider on the New River is a 12-mile run that is conducted along the New River. According to a release, Raiders must be able to perform land navigation, rock wall climb, push ups, sit ups, one mile run, canoe relay and rope bridge.

Participants awarded were, Mary Draper for first place all female for the fifth year in a row; first place mixed team to include at least one female on the team; second place all male category; Alyssa True as top female; first place Army physical fitness test; second place 12 mile run and second place rope bridge.
