Partnership Property management recently named John West, of Farmville, second from left, its regional maintenance caretaker of the year. The company honored West for his dedication and service to residents at Farmville’s Farm Ridge Apartment Complex where he has worked for more than two years. “During this time, he has won the respect and admiration of the site’s tenants for his dedication, care and concern,” Partnership Property officials said. “In addition he has shown superior quality work in caring for the maintenance needs of the site.” The company recognized West during its annual territory meeting on Nov. 17 at the Bryan Park Enrichment Center in Greensboro, N.C.
