HAMPDEN-SYDNEY — Hampden-Sydney College has been ranked 201st of schools across the nation on the Forbes Magazine 2016 Best 300 Value Schools.

Hampden-Sydney was among 11 other colleges based in Virginia, including Virginia Tech, the College of William and Mary, Sweet Briar and Virginia Military Institute, according to Forbes.

The rankings were based on factors such as tuition costs, school quality, graduation success rates and post-grad earnings, the magazine stated.
