Snow falls at Tuggle; Pancake supper set

The softly falling snow God gave to us Monday morning is beautiful.

The Prospect VFD Auxiliary pancake supper is Saturday, 5 – 7 p.m. The cost is a donation. The meal will include pancakes, sausage, bacon, apples and a drink.

Richard and Margaret Stockton were delighted their grandson Sean spent the weekend with them. This is always a very happy time.

Don and Betty Meadows, along with Betty Sumner, enjoyed the barbecue dinner at the Randolph Firehouse in Cumberland on Friday evening. Betty Meadows won one of the door prizes.

Friends and neighbors are praying for a speedy recovery for Lena Rose Huddleston, Tommy Huddleston, Hilda and Scott Friend, Elfrieda Kerns, Betty Jean Bolt and Mildred Harvey Shanks.

The Rev. Caitilin Hoy will be at Davis Memorial Presbyterian Church in Prospect Sunday with Sunday school is at 10 a.m. and worship at 11 a.m.
