Mildred Iola Kellum, 62, of Green Bay, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 24, 2015. Born December 9, 1953 in Norfolk, she was the daughter of Juanita Withrow and the late Howard Flora Sr.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Donald B. Kellum Jr.; two children, a daughter, Christy Atkins and her husband, Alex Atkins, and a son, Donald B. Kellum III (Kelly) and his wife, Heather Kellum; grandchildren, Joseph (Holly) Kellum, Ashley (Bryan) McQueen, Brian Kellum, Brady Atkins, and Boo Boo (Aaron) Kellum; great-grandchildren, Kelsea and Kaydence Kellum and Addison McQueen; siblings, Donney Flora, Barbara (Jimmy) Sweat, Linda (Mike) Scott, Ginger (Vincent) Harris; and many nieces and nephews that she loved so very much.  She is preceded in death by brothers, David Flora, Keith Withrow, and Howard Flora Jr.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 31 at 11 a.m. at Liberty Christian Church in Green Bay.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 29 from 6-8 p.m. at the Shorter Funeral Home.
