Vincent Ross, middle, a graduate of Buckingham County High School and junior at Liberty University, was the guest speaker at the Greater Aspirations Scholarship Program (GRASP) Foundation’s Annual Gala, which took place recently in Richmond. Ross spoke about how the program helped him understand the financial matters of attending college while in high school. Pictured with Ross are state Sen.
