Robert Newton Brisentine Jr., 48, of Prospect, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015 in Farmville.

Robert was a carpenter and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.

He is survived by his mother, Peggy L. Brisentine; two sisters, Cindy Fulk and Vicky Sisson (Winton); an uncle, Charlie Brisentine (Brenda); and Barbara Couch; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert N. Brisentine Sr.; brother in law, Brent Fulk, and Charlotte Ann Brisentine.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 15, in Prospect United Methodist Church at 11 a.m.,  with interment following  in the church cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Prince Edward Rescue Squad.
