The Farmville-Prince Edward Community Library will hold its annual Fall Used Book Sale Friday, Oct. 9, noon-5 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 10, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Friends only preview sale is Thursday, Oct. 8, 4:30-9 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 9, 10 a.m.-noon. (Drop off book donations before Oct. 8.) Become a Friends member during the book sale and receive a free library tote bag to fill with books for $5; current members bring your library tote bag and fill it for $5.
