CUMBERLAND, Oct. 9 – James Warren Miller, 85, of Cumberland, departed this life on Sunday, October 5, 2008 in Richmond.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta Holmes Miller; a son, Walter Steven Miller (Joyce); stepmother, Alma Miller; three step-grandchildren, Demitri, Tracie and Keshia; brother, Burton Miller (Barbara); three sisters, Eloise Booker, Edith Higgs and Alice Miller; and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Marian Gray Thomas Funeral Home, Cumberland.
