APRIL 8 – Margaret Kelsey Goin, 92, of Farmville, died Sunday, April 6, 2008. She was born on February 8, 1916, the daughter of the late Harrison Morton and Lillian Budd Kelsey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Newton Goin.

She is survived by her sons, George Newton Goin of Scottsville, and Sam Thomas Goin of Dillwyn; sister, Janet Vaughn of Farmville; three grandchildren, four great-granddaughters, and a special niece, Carolyn Vaughn of Farmville.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Doyne-Burger-Davis Funeral Home where ser-vices will be conducted on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery.

Remembrances may be made in her memory to Farmville United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
