PAMPLIN, Sept. 11 – Rubin Bailey, 80, of Pamplin, died Monday, September 10, 2012.

He is survived by his wife, Elena; two sons, Randy and wife, Robin of Prospect and Bobby and wife, Peggy of Pamplin; and two grandchildren, Austin and Courtney.

Shorter Funeral Home, Farmville, is serving the family.
