CULLEN, June 25 – Percy Laverne “Boots” Dixon, 73, of Cullen, died Wednesday, June 24, 2009.

Surviving are his wife, Patricia J. Dixon; five sons, Mikal Anthony, Trevor Dixon, Evon Dixon, Jake Dixon, and Stefan Dixon; four daughters, Irena Smith, Gabrielle Dixon, Morgan Dixon, and Chy Dixon; a brother, Howard Dixon; two sisters, Faye Hailey and Wilma G. Dixon; two grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home, with interment in the Ash Camp Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Thursday (today).

The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home, Keysville, is in charge of arrangements.
