In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $70,000.00 (with interest), from Thaddeus L. Claiborne and Joyce E. Claiborne a/k/a Elizabeth J. Claiborne, dated July 6, 2007 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia in Instrument No. 200702038; default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder (SLM Mortgage Corporation – VA), of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Courthouse Building, 124 North Main Street, Farmville, Virginia 23901, on September 6, 2012 at 11:00 o'clock a.m., the property briefly described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:

All that certain lot or parcel of land in Lockett Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, being designated as Lot 10 of Deerfield Acres, containing 7.13 acres, and more clearly shown on a survey prepared by William W. Dickerson, Jr., L.S., dated January 18, 1991 and revised April 8, 1991, and recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 316 and 317. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more particular metes and bounds description as contained in said plat. The description contained in said plat is incorporated herein by reference as if same were textually herein contained.

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO rights in and to a 50' easement or right-of-way for ingress and egress to State Route No. 613 over Lots 3 through 9 inclusive, as shown on the aforesaid plat but SUBJECT TO the rights of others in and to the aforesaid easement or right of way.
