Roberta Dosia Wiley Spencer, 88 of Gladstone, passed away May 1. Funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 7, 2 p.m., at St. Joy Baptist Church, Gladstone. Interment was in the Spencer Family Cemetery, Buckingham. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn served the family. 

Shawn Christopher Paige, 52 of Rice, passed away May 3. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 8, noon, at New Life Church, Farmville. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family. 

Robert Emanuel Canady, 64 of Albany, New York, passed away April 30. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 10, 11 a.m., at Bright and Morning Star Baptist Church, Dillwyn. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn is serving the family.
