Stanley L. Romondt, 34 of Rice, passed away May 17. Funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25, 11 a.m., at the Minor B. Eggleston Chapel. Interment was in the Irving Family Cemetery. Carl U. Eggleston Funeral Establishment served the family.

Ralph Derwin Eanes Jr., 66 of Hampton, passed away May 13. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 11 a.m., at New Life Church, Farmville. Interment will be in the Eanes Family Cemetery, Farmville. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.

Branche Lee Washington, 90 of Richmond, formerly of Prince Edward County, passed away May 21. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 3 p.m., at Peaks Baptist Church, Prospect. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.
