On Friday, March 15, Buckingham County High School and the After-Prom Community Committee conducted a training exercise in collaboration with the Buckingham Department of Emergency Services, Buckingham County Volunteer Fire Department, Buckingham County Sheriff’s Office, and Virginia State Police. The goal was to educate and bring awareness to the dangers of driving while under the influence to 11th and 12th grade students.
