$500 for not wearing a mask?

Dear Editor:

Starting Friday, the city of Birmingham, Alabama will be fining people $500 for walking into a store without a mask. Sounds like a good law for the Town of Farmville to pass, both to raise much needed funds and to protect other citizens in stores.
