Hortense C. Miller, 92 of Green Bay, Virginia, passed away January 2, 2020. Services will be held January 11, 1 p.m. at Mt. Zion 2nd Baptist Church, Green Bay with interment in the church cemetery. Oliver & Eggleston Funeral Establishment is serving the family.
