Scholarship awarded

The Virginia Alpha Delta Chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa recently announced the 2019 Anita Ernouf Scholarship winner. Kendall Schmidt Tharpe, who is currently attending Longwood University, was presented the scholarship. Alpha Delta Kappa is an international honorary organization of women educators.
