Cumberland County Landfill Alert is a group of Cumberland and surrounding county residents dedicated to informing residents about the Proposed County Waste/Green Ridge Landfill project and opposing its development. The next meeting is scheduled for Sept. 8 at 3 p.m. at Cumberland County Community Center, 11 Davenport Road, Cumberland.

Meet several of the candidates running for office in the November election. Each candidate will present their platform. Following the presentations, the candidates will be available to answer questions and talk with the citizens.
