The Hampden-Sydney College (H-SC) golf team is ranked No. 18 in the latest Golfstat NCAA Division III Top 25 national rankings and is ranked eighth in the extremely strong South Region.

In addition, four Tigers are ranked highly in the national individual rankings, including junior standout Bruce Shober, who is ranked No. 13 in Division III and fourth in the South Region with his 72.18 scoring average.

Other top H-SC golfers ranked nationally include freshman John Hatcher Ferguson, at No. 63 in Division III, senior Jamie Agnew, at No. 132, and sophomore Allen Smith, at No. 168.

H-SC begins play in the TaylorMade-Adidas Intercollegiate on Monday.
