Jerlean Jackson Bowen, 79 of Rice, Virginia, passed away February 24, 2019. Services will be held Friday, March 1, 11 a.m. at New Life Church, Cumberland, with interment in Second Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Green Bay. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.
