Alfrance Whitmore Jackson “Mott”, 66 of Rice, Virginia, passed away February 24, 2019. Services will be held Friday, March 1, 11 a.m. at New Life Church, Cumberland, with interment in Second Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Green Bay. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.
