Mrs. Ruby Stovall Allen, age 62 of Keysville, died on October 13, 2018 in Keysville. She was the daughter of Gracie Evelyn Cook Stovall and the late Percy Eugene Stovall.

She is survived by children Kelvin Tyrone Allen (Chiquita) of Glen Allen, LaTisha D. Allen, of Richmond; siblings; Thomas Stovall of Drakes Branch, Wilma Stovall of Charlotte Court House, Evelyn Stovall of Orange, New Jersey, Effie Mae Townsend (Vernard) of Rice, Margaret West of Keysville, James Lee Stovall (Patricia) of Sandford, Gwendolyn Richmond (Richard) of Richmond, and Fredrick Stovall (Sherrie) of Keysville; grandchildren; Justin M. Watson of Keysville, Isiah Allen of Glen Allen, and Elijah R. Allen of Richmond; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family, and devoted friends.

Funeral services were held Sunday, October 21, at 12:30 p.m. at Southside Virginia Community College in Keysville with interment at Union Cemetery in Charlotte Court House.
