Lewis O. Booker Sr., 88 of Pamplin, Virginia, died July 23, 2018. Services will be held Saturday, August 4, 11 a.m. at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Carl U. Eggleston Funeral Establishment is serving the family.
