Thomas Joseph Randolph, 45 of South Chesterfield, Va., formerly of Cumberland County, died Feb. 17, 2018. Services will be held Saturday Feb. 24, 2 p.m. at Sharon Baptist Church, Cumberland, with interment in the church cemetery.
