Hey all you non-wealthy Trump fans, what did you get from the new tax bill? Yeah, maybe you’ll get $100 a year. Are you on Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid? Good luck on keeping that. Do you have health insurance? Thirteen million of you won’t soon have it. All of you are going to pay a lot more for it. Are your kids on CHIP? Maybe not much longer. But your rich uncle, your Republican politicians, your friendly banker, hedge fund flimflammer, your President, they’re all doing the “I won the lottery” jig. Congratulations. Oh, and you will have a few hundred thousand extra dollars in your personal share of the national debt. All that to help the already very wealthy and comfortable. They really needed a big handup from you, whether you like it or not.
